DRIP LAB is built on two continents by design.
In Uganda, our co-founder — a professional chef — leads product development and production on the ground, close to the ingredients and to our customers. In Belgium, we run the business infrastructure: strategy, systems, supplier relations and quality validation.
The company is formally incorporated, giving us the legal foundation to work with hospitality groups, distributors and institutional partners from day one.
This dual setup is deliberate. Production stays local — Ugandan ingredients, Ugandan hands, Ugandan value creation — while the European base gives us access to accredited food-testing laboratories, business tooling and an international network. It's a structure we believe fits the product itself: rooted in Uganda, held to global standards.
