The Road Ahead: Certification, Brand Launch and 500 Clients

UNBS certification, branded launch, HORECA distributors and a 500-client target: DRIP LAB's roadmap for East Africa.

With the foundations in place — recipes, systems, packaging strategy, quality validation — here is where DRIP LAB is heading next.

UNBS Q-mark certification. Local testing on the finished product in Uganda, the official quality stamp for our home market.

Branded product launch. Our sauces move from unbranded formats to a fully branded table product — the moment DRIP LAB becomes visible on every table we reach.

Scaling to 500 B2B clients. Building on our 300+ establishment database, we'll grow through direct prospecting and, crucially, through HORECA distributors — the key lever for reaching kitchens across Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania at scale. Regional trade events like the Africa HORECA Expo in Kampala are on our prospecting map.

Phase 2: the premium souvenir format. A 100 ml no-preservative edition, designed as the bottle guests take home from their safari.

We'll keep documenting each of these milestones here, openly — the wins and the hard parts alike. If you're a lodge, a distributor or a potential partner reading this: get in touch. The table is set.
