Three Recipes, One Signature: Our Sauce Line-Up

After extensive development work by our chef co-founder, our product line has taken shape around three recipes:

• Pineapple Ketchup — our flagship. The familiar comfort of ketchup, rebuilt around the sweetness and acidity of Ugandan pineapple.
• Red Pepper & Mango Ketchup — a bolder profile pairing red pepper warmth with mango's tropical depth.
• UG Sweet Mayo Curry — a creamy, curry-spiced sauce with our pineapple ketchup at its heart.

Each recipe is fully documented — ingredients, quantities, preparation steps — in our production system, so every batch can be made consistently, whether it's the first or the five-hundredth.

Our existing lodge customers already order in bulk 1-litre format and in a 100 ml format, and their feedback continues to shape how we refine each sauce.
